Golden Horse Minerals (ASX:GHM) has delivered another strong batch of gold results from Hopes Hill, strengthening the case for an emerging high-grade zone beneath the northern end of the historical pit.
Grade at depth
The standout diamond hole returned 16.6m @ 3.4g/t Au from 392.4m, including 5m @ 9.9g/t Au.
That sits within a cluster of strong deeper intersections spanning roughly 200m by 200m beneath the pit, including previously reported hits of 24.2m @ 2.2g/t Au and 8.8m @ 4.8g/t Au.
Closer to surface, 26HHRC147 sharpened up to 10m @ 11.3g/t Au from 116m, including 2m @ 52.3g/t Au.
The pattern is becoming harder to ignore. Broad mineralisation with higher-grade shoots inside it.

Hopes Hill South keeps running
The southern end is moving too.
26HHRC162 returned 21m @ 1.5g/t Au from 215m, including 13m @ 2.1g/t Au, extending a known shoot around 55m down plunge. The zone remains open at depth.
Managing Director Nicholas Anderson said the latest results are increasing confidence in a well-endowed mineralised zone beneath the northern pit.
Greenmount adds another layer
Away from Hopes Hill, GHM also returned 7m @ 4.8g/t Au from Greenmount.
That builds on earlier hits including 8m @ 16.3g/t Au, 8m @ 8.6g/t Au and 12m @ 5.2g/t Au, with the company now interpreting a high-grade zone across the prospect’s strike.
What’s next
RC and diamond drilling continues at Hopes Hill, with more assays to flow progressively.
Regional work is also ramping up across more than 130km of Southern Cross tenure, including aircore planning around the Frasers Shear Zone.
The question at Hopes Hill is changing.
It’s no longer whether gold continues beneath the pit, it’s how big the high-grade zone can become.
