New Frontier Minerals (ASX:NFM) has uncovered another high-priority exploration target at its Harts Range Project, with independent geophysical modelling identifying an untested bedrock conductor that could represent copper-nickel mineralisation.
The newly modelled conductor sits ~240m below surface on the company’s 100%-owned EL34147 tenement, ~3.5km from the Kings Cross target where drilling approvals are already in place.
A new target without drilling a metre
The conductor was identified by Southern Geoscience Consultants using Geoscience Australia’s publicly available AusAEM dataset, meaning the target was generated without any new geophysical acquisition costs.
The consultant concluded the anomaly is prospective for copper-nickel mineralisation, immediately elevating it as a priority target for follow-up work.
Importantly, no ground electromagnetic surveys or drilling have ever tested the conductor.

A district gaining momentum
The discovery also adds to the growing exploration story unfolding across Harts Range.
The target lies within 40km of Litchfield Minerals’ BHP Xplor-backed C2 conductor, which helped redefine the region as an emerging district-scale nickel-copper-PGE province earlier this year.
For New Frontier, it reinforces the potential that Harts Range hosts more than just its heavy rare earth, niobium and tungsten opportunities.
Chairman Gerrard Hall said the modelling provides further independent support for the project’s broader mineral potential and offers another effective tool for prioritising future exploration.

What’s next?
The company will now integrate the new conductor into its existing geological, magnetic and radiometric datasets before commencing reconnaissance mapping and rock chip sampling across the projected surface position. The work will help refine drill targeting as New Frontier continues expanding its pipeline of exploration opportunities across Harts Range.
