Ragnar Metals (ASX:RAG) has wrapped up its maiden 14-hole diamond program at Harnäs, with drilling pointing to at least five interpreted high-grade gold shoots, all remaining open at depth and/or down plunge.
Grade inside a broader system
The standout hole returned:
- 13.5m @ 1.6g/t Au from 46.5m
- Including 4.5m @ 3.7g/t Au
- Including 1m @ 13.6g/t Au
That intercept sits beneath shallower historical mineralisation and supports a southwest-plunging higher-grade shoot that remains open.
Another hole on the eastern side of the historical pit returned 12m @ 1.1g/t Au from 18m, including 1m @ 5.7g/t Au, potentially defining another new shoot.

More than narrow high grade
The system also showed width.
RAG04 returned 36m @ 0.54g/t Au from 59m, including 8m @ 1.0g/t Au, while nearby RAG05 hit 24.6m @ 0.6g/t Au. Together, the holes support a broader mineralised envelope around the higher-grade shoots.
Chairman Steve Formica said the program had strengthened confidence in Harnäs and provided clear follow-up targets.
What’s next
Ragnar Metals is now planning a 3D Downhole IP survey to map sulphide-bearing zones around the existing drilling and sharpen targets ahead of the next campaign.
The first 14 holes have done their job. Now Ragnar knows where to drill deeper.
