Resolution Minerals takes Horse Heaven to the Nasdaq

Resolution Minerals is taking its US critical minerals story straight to Wall Street, with Nasdaq trading starting today and the market already responding with heavy volume...

Resolution Minerals (ASX:RML; Nasdaq:RML) is taking its US critical minerals strategy one step further, with trading in its American Depositary Shares set to begin on the Nasdaq Capital Market today.

The move gives US investors direct access to Resolution at a time when Washington is pushing hard to secure domestic supplies of tungsten, antimony and other critical metals.

The ASX market has already reacted, with RML trading on huge volume this morning.

US project, US listing

Resolution’s Horse Heaven Project in Idaho is already central to the company’s strategy.

Now the Nasdaq listing gives that story a US market address.

Each Nasdaq-listed ADS represents 200 ordinary RML shares, while the company will retain its primary ASX listing.

Importantly, there is no capital raising attached to the Nasdaq debut.

Why Nasdaq matters

The US listing is designed to do more than widen the shareholder base.

Resolution expects it to improve visibility with US investors, increase access to deeper capital markets, support US broker research coverage and potentially provide M&A currency for future US opportunities.

It also places RML alongside a group of listed US critical minerals names that includes Perpetua Resources and MP Materials.

FAST-41 gives it more weight

Resolution already has something most junior critical minerals companies do not.

Both Golden Gate and Antimony Ridge have been awarded FAST-41 permitting status by the White House.

The company says it is not aware of another company holding two FAST-41 approvals.

That puts RML directly inside the US conversation around domestic tungsten and antimony supply.

Golden Gate is being advanced as a gold-tungsten system, while Antimony Ridge provides a second critical-minerals development opportunity focused on high-grade antimony.

Horse Heaven still has to deliver

The listing is a strategic milestone.

The project work is still what counts.

At Golden Gate, Resolution is running its largest drilling program to date, chasing the scale of the emerging gold-tungsten system.

Antimony Ridge provides the second leg.

If the drilling keeps building the resource story, Nasdaq gives Resolution a much bigger audience to tell it to.

For now, the market appears happy with the direction.
