TNC’s Wallace North keeps punching above its weight

True North Copper is finding more high-grade copper-gold just as the Cloncurry PFS starts to take shape...

True North Copper (ASX:TNC) has delivered another round of high-grade copper-gold results from Wallace North, adding fresh momentum ahead of the Cloncurry Copper Project PFS.

The standout was 32m @ 1.69% CuEq from 140m, including 11m @ 4.23% CuEq from 161m.

Another hole returned 3.97m @ 6.9% CuEq from 88.03m.

More than infill

The significance is not just the grade.

Updated geological interpretation is pointing to potential hanging-wall and footwall extensions alongside additional parallel mineralised structures.

That gives True North more places to chase growth outside the existing Wallace North Resource of 2.0Mt @ 1.28% Cu and 0.77 g/t Au.

Mineralisation also remains open along strike and at depth.

Feeding the PFS

The latest drilling is being used for more than exploration.

It is also feeding metallurgical, geotechnical and mine-planning work for the broader Cloncurry Copper Project PFS, which remains targeted for late 2026.

The total CCP Resource now contains around 152kt of copper and 171koz of gold.

That gives Wallace North a clear role as one of the higher-grade pieces inside a much larger project.

More drilling coming

Follow-up drilling is planned from late 2026 into 2027, targeting the new high-grade structures, Resource extensions and near-mine opportunities.

Metallurgical results are also due in October, with the initial Ore Reserve and PFS targeted for late Q4.

True North has already grown the Resource, now it is trying to turn more high grade into more mine life.
